All product prices are listed either in South African Rand (ZAR) or United States Dollars (USD), depending on the payment method used. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the shipping destination.
4. Payment Methods
We use Peach Payments to process transactions securely. We accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal: Processed in USD only. Available internationally.
- Pay by Bank (Instant EFT): Available to South African clients only, processed in ZAR.
- Float: Available to South African clients only, processed in ZAR.
- RCS Store Card: Available to South African clients only, processed in ZAR.
- Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard): Accepted internationally in USD and locally in ZAR.
- American Express: Accepted internationally in USD and locally in ZAR.
- Apple Pay: Accepted internationally in USD and locally in ZAR.
All payments must be authorised and successfully processed before your order is fulfilled. Mieuw & Co does not store any card or personal banking information.
5. Order Confirmation & Delivery
Once a payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Products will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping policy. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details on how to initiate a return and eligibility for refunds.
