1. Shipping Locations
All products are shipped from Mieuw & Co’s warehouses located in China and the United States.
2. Shipping Guarantee
Mieuw & Co. provides a shipping guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. If we miss the estimated delivery timeframe (typically 30–40 days), you are eligible for a full refund.
The delivery window is calculated from the date your package leaves a Mieuw & Co warehouse.
- Under normal conditions, a refund if delivery exceeds 30 days
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.): refund if delivery exceeds 40 days
- In unforeseen circumstances (such as pandemics, natural disasters, etc.), delivery times may vary. Please monitor our email or platform messages for updates.
Country-Specific Guidelines:
- For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, and Canada, a refund is available if shipping exceeds 30 days
- For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, a refund is available if shipping exceeds 60 days
- Orders delayed due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed packages, failed delivery attempts) are not eligible for a refund
You can track your package and refer to the estimated delivery date once a tracking number has been generated.
Please note: During high-traffic seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, delays may occur due to volume and courier limitations. We will keep you informed in advance to protect your interests. Refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
Terms and Conditions of Shipping Guarantee
To qualify for a refund under our shipping guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The selected shipping method is the one displayed on the product page
- Your delivery address is correct and eligible
- The item is available and confirmed for delivery
The shipping guarantee does not apply under these conditions:
- Delays caused by force majeure, such as epidemics, strikes, natural disasters, wars, or other uncontrollable events
- Orders shipped to the following countries are not eligible for refunds: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, Puerto Rico (U.S. Commonwealth), Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana
3. Shipping Methods
Mieuw & Co uses the following shipping services to ensure global delivery:
- Netherlands Post and Singapore Post: Support international shipping
- UK Express: Default option for all UK-bound orders
- US Express: Delivered via USPS, available for continental U.S. addresses (excluding military bases)
- CA Express: Ships to Canada via Canada Post
- AU Express: Ships to Australia via Australia Post
4. Delivery Time Estimates
- US Express: 7–12 days
- CA Express: 8–15 days
- AU Express: 7–9 days
- UK Express: 6–10 days
Note: Expect potential delays of 3–5 days during peak seasons.
