Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Mieuw & Co users who experience issues with their orders, products, or packages. Mieuw & Co processes eligible refunds within 24–48 hours.
At Mieuw & Co, we strive to offer top-tier service to all our customers. To help you resolve return or refund issues smoothly, please review the information below.
What You Need to Provide:
A. Clear photos/videos showing the damaged item. These will be used to confirm the issue.
B. Screenshots of the complaint or dispute, including the name, date, and content (e.g., PayPal dispute, email complaint, chat message, etc.).
C. (Optional) Tracking number. If Mieuw & Co. requests a return, you will need to provide the tracking number to confirm that the item was returned.
How to Request a Refund:
A. Contact Mieuw & Co’s customer support via your account dashboard.
B. Submit photos/videos of the issue and screenshots of any disputes.
Please note:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) or to your Mieuw & Co account balance.
We recommend opting for a balance refund for quicker processing. You can use the balance for future purchases or withdraw it at your convenience.
Cases Where Mieuw & Co. Offers Refunds
1. Damaged Products
If an item arrives damaged, Mieuw & Co will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
2. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect variant (size/colour), or an item with missing components, we’ll issue a full refund or send the correct product.
Note: You do not need to return incorrect products. If size is an issue, please provide accurate measurement photos for evaluation.
3. Out of Stock Products
If your purchased product becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and provide a full refund or offer an alternative.
4. Shipping Restrictions
If a product cannot be shipped due to transport limitations, we’ll inform you and issue a full refund.
5. Delayed Orders
Mieuw & Co. offers full refunds if packages are delayed beyond the standard timeframes:
- Over 30 days in normal circumstances
- Over 40 days during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas)
- Subject to adjustment during global events or crises
For specific regions:
a. USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand – refund eligible after 30 days
b. South America, Middle East, Africa, India – refund eligible after 60 days
Delays due to incorrect address, unclaimed parcels, or lack of customer response are not eligible for refunds.
6. Order Cancellations
Full refunds are offered for cancellations before the item is shipped. Refunds are not available for:
- Print-on-demand/customised orders
- Orders with Branding Projects cancelled after 48 hours of payment
7. Lost Packages
We’ll issue a full refund if a package is lost during delivery.
8. Warranty Period
All Mieuw & Co products carry a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. After 30 days, refunds are no longer supported.
Cases Where Mieuw & Co. Does Not Offer Refunds
1. Delivered Orders
If tracking confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund or resend.
2. Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed items will be destroyed by the local carrier within 48 hours.
3. Tracking Alerts
Refunds/resends are not issued for orders with alerts such as:
- Incorrect or insufficient address
- Refused packages
- Customs issues
- Unknown recipient
Additional Notes
Dispute Timeframe:
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of receiving the item.
Dispute Denials:
Mieuw & Co may deny disputes based on:
- No tracking information available (especially after 180 days)
- Ineligible shipping methods (e.g., PostNL for certain countries)
- Orders shipped to restricted regions such as: Haiti, Madagascar, Egypt, Cuba, etc. (full list available on request)
- Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics)
- Buyer’s remorse, dislike of product, or subjective opinions (e.g., scent, colour tone)
- Incorrect measurements claimed without proper evidence
Returns
We generally do not recommend returns due to high international shipping costs and delays. However, if necessary:
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt
- Products must be in resellable condition
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- All returns must go to our Mieuw & Co China warehouse
- Send the tracking number once shipped
